点球（Penalty kick），当比赛进行中，一队在本方罚球区内由于违反了可判为直接任意球的十种犯规之一，被判罚任意球，应执行罚球点球。罚球点球可以直接进球得分。在每半场比赛或决胜期上下半场结束时，应允许延长时间执行完罚球点球。

When a match is in progress, a team is awarded a free kick for violating one of the ten fouls that can be awarded as a direct free kick in its own penalty area, and a penalty kick shall be executed. Free throws can score directly from penalty kicks. FREE KICK

任意球是一种在足球比赛中发生犯规后重新开始比赛的方法。任意球分两种：直接任意球（踢球队员可将球直接射入犯规队球门得分）及间接任意球（踢球队员不得直接射门得分，球在进入球门前必须被其他队员踢或触及）。国际足联最新规则为，判罚前场任意球后会使用一种泡沫喷剂划定球的摆放位置，以及人墙的站位，发任意球时需要用手触球，然后在裁判哨响后踢球。

A free kick is a method of restarting a game after a foul has occurred during a football match. There are two types of free kicks: direct free kicks (where the kicking team can shoot the ball directly into the goal of the fouling team) and indirect free kicks (the kicking team member must not shoot directly to score, and the ball must be kicked or touched by other team members before entering the goal). FIFAs latest rule is that after awarding a free kick in front of the court, a foam spray will be used to delineate the position of the ball, as well as the position of the human wall, and the free kick needs to be touched with the hand when serving, and then kicked after the referees whistle.

WHAT IS OFFSIDE?

越位（offside）是指在进攻方传球球员起脚的瞬间，接球球员站在比倒数第二名防守球员距离球门更近的位置，同时比球距离对方球门更近，并试图借此位置准备进攻。越位情况下的进球无效。

Offside is when the attacking passer gets up and the receiver stands closer to the goal than the penultimate defender, and at the same time closer to the opponents goal than the ball, and tries to prepare for the attack in this position. Goal in case of offside is invalid.

Sometimes called Stoppage Time, occasionally referred to as Added Time, Injury Time in association football is the time that the referee adds to the end of each half of a game.
